After cancellation you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned. Please contact us at email@example.com before returning the order. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Delivery time and Shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are made on working days before 12 o’clock, we try to ship the same day. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are: € 7,00 for orders within the Netherlands and € 11,00 for orders outside the Netherlands. In general, the delivery within the Netherlands will take place the next mail delivery day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
